Pre-Order Policy
All items in this collection are pre-order and require approximately 16 days for delivery. A 50% down payment is needed to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon shipping or pickup. Payments should be sent via InstaPay to hanaradwan@instapay, and a screenshot is required to complete your order. If payment is not received within 2 days, your order may be automatically canceled. Please note that all pre-orders are custom made and are final sale—no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. Thank you for your understanding!
