Pre-Orders

• No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges: All pre-orders are custom made and cannot be canceled or returned.
• Please send a 50% deposit. Kindly send a payment screenshot via direct message on Instagram.

Normal Orders

• Refunds and Exchanges: within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
  Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
