Refund Policy

Pre-Orders

• Pre-Order Policy:
  All pre-orders require a 50% down payment to confirm your order. The remaining balance will be due after shipping or pickup. Please note: if payment isn’t received within 1 day, your order will be automatically canceled
• Dp should be sent via Instapay (hanaradwan@instapay) / a screenshot is required
• No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges: All pre-orders are custom made and cannot be canceled or returned.

Normal Orders

• Customers must try on the item while the courier is present. If a return is needed, the item must be handed back to the courier immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns once the courier has left.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
